As a start up in the ED&I space, we assist organisations by providing consultancy, specialist sector specific training, education and skill development, and more. Covering areas such as engagement with young people facing marginalisation, cultural competency, and inclusive leadership and recruitment.

A 1-1 CPD session, online or in-person, this is designed for individuals to process and explore their biases, cultural competencies and to assess their own practice.
